Items purchased on charmedbyambra.com may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items and returned in original packaging (Charmed by Ambra box and/or pouch).
To initiate a return please send a message via the ‘’contact us’’ section on charmedbyambra.com. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item.
We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than charmedbyambra.com.
Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.
Items marked Special Order may not be returned.
Items created under the create your own section are not considered special order and are returnable with 7 days according to the terms of the Charmed by Ambra Returns and Exchanges Policy (above).
Charmed by Ambra does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn or damaged.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.
